It was time to find another truck, another good deal, very low moles with about 700 miles on it, not too bad of a hit. It was listed as a salvage title, but after all was done we ended up getting a clean title pink slip from DMV, worked out in out favor.
For a truck it was comfortable truck, kids loved it, wife loved it. I decided to do a few mods on it. Installing 6” lift on these is a challenge on its own, some of the frame had to be cut and welded, so it was more work than expected, but at the end of the day it was worth it.
I decided to go all out on this truck, got new 20” wheels, 35” mud tires, military looking canopy cover, side steps, GPS/Navigation upgrade, this truck was fun taking to snow, camp trips, and even regular daily driving it I had no complaints and it was comfortable.
